Injection moulded in PP, the tamper evident range offers the widest range available in the UK. All offer a liquid tight lid closure which can be applied automatically or by hand. All sizes are available from stock in transparent PP and most are available with In Mould Label decoration subject to a minimum order size. Standard material grades are suitable for chill and ambient applications. Freeze grades are available by special order.
The PP packs are easily film sealed with standard sealing materials and all have the option of an over-lid if required. Injection moulded in PP, the packs offer a clip on lid with good seal properties. They are non-tamper evident style which can be preferred for certain applications. Decoration options vary depending upon the pack.
Innavisions can offer a number of specialised products designed for particular markets, and sometimes utilizing unique technical developments. These are constantly evolving, but noted here are a few which are currently available.
These packs are available in PP, which is unique in Europe for this style of pack, or in paperboard. High quality offset print is offered on the tubes while lid decoration options vary according to the product. A cost effective format for a printed pack.
Most are thermoformed in PP, although some are offered in PS and PET also. The particular application which dictate the most suitable material and hence options available. .
All trays listed here, either injection moulded or thermoformed, are manufactured in PP and are therefore suitable for hot filling and microwaving. The injection moulded range are more robust and are generally slightly heavier gauge. In addition they are generally have smooth straight walls whereas thermoformed trays have ridged walls for added strength. Not all trays are available as stock items, and this does vary from time to time, so it is advisable to check leadtimes.
