Cesina Morroll
Customer Services Manager
Cesina joined Innavisions as Customer Services Manager, working closely with the sales team to ensure a consistently high level of customer support. She plays a key role in managing day-to-day customer interactions and supporting smooth service delivery across the business.
She brings several years of experience in customer service, office management, and sales support within the food and packaging industries. Outside of work, Cesina enjoys travelling, spending time outdoors, and practising Pilates.
Daisy Jones
Commercial Coordinator
Daisy supports Hutchinsons Packaging Specialists by helping to align and streamline commercial processes across both Produce Packaging and Innavisions. She works closely with sales, buying, and operations teams to maintain accurate pricing, analyse margins, and manage supplier and customer price agreements. Daisy also supports enquiries and contributes to reporting improvements, using data to help keep commercial activity efficient and consistent.
Before joining the business, Daisy gained experience across operational and financial teams in a range of industries, bringing a strong commercial focus to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys playing competitive netball and spending time with her Springer Spaniel.
Tom Gardner
Business Development Manager
Tom joined Hutchinsons Packaging Specialists as a Business Development Manager covering the South East. His focus is on developing drinks and prepared food packaging, supporting customers with tailored solutions that meet both technical and commercial requirements.
Tom brings experience in injection moulding and paper packaging, having supplied into automotive and retail markets, including work with brands such as Mercedes-Benz and Superdrug. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and rugby and is always happy to meet for a coffee.
