What inspired you to join Innavisions, and what continues to motivate you in your role today?
Having grown up within the farming community in the South West of England, a career combining sales and agriculture felt like a natural fit. Joining Hutchinsons Packaging in a business development role, supplying packaging solutions to farmers, allowed me to build strong relationships within an industry I understood and valued.
Over time, I progressed into the role of Managing Director and have been fortunate to play a part in the continued growth and evolution of the business. What continues to motivate me is supporting our teams, strengthening the business, and finding new ways to develop and improve what we offer our customers.
What do you like to do for fun outside of work?
I love being outdoors, whether that’s cycling, sailing, kayaking, walking my dogs or doing projects around the house and garden.
