We’ve launched a new delivery alert service to give you greater visibility and control over your orders, from dispatch through to arrival.
From 1st December, customers can follow deliveries in real time, with clear updates at every key stage of the journey—helping you plan ahead with confidence.
What the service includes:
- Clear details of which products are on each delivery
- A live map showing your delivery destination
- Real-time status updates, including:
- When your order leaves for delivery, with an estimated time window
- When your delivery is next, with a refined ETA
- Confirmation once delivery is complete
- Photographic proof of delivery, showing what has arrived
These updates are designed to remove uncertainty, improve communication, and ensure your goods arrive safely and reliably.
Please note:
This service is currently available only for deliveries carried out on Hutchinsons Packaging vehicles.
Deliveries made via third-party hauliers or dispatched directly from manufacturers are not included at this time.
