What inspired you to join Innavisions, and what continues to motivate you in your role today?
I was drawn to Innavisions by its strong family feel and welcoming culture, which really stands out within a business of this size. With a background in injection moulding, dip moulding, and eCommerce packaging, the opportunity to work across a wide range of packaging solutions — from corrugated to injection-moulded components — was a huge motivation for me.
What continues to inspire me is the variety of projects and the industries we support, particularly food and agriculture, which I’ve had an interest in from a young age.
What do you like to do for fun outside of work?
Outside of work, my hobbies include playing golf and walking my five year old Border Collie.
